We understand life happens and things change, you have to make changes with the reservations in email, or contacting Moose Cab&Tours over the phone.
- Once reservations have been made, tour space is held with full payment.
- If the booking is canceled more than fourteen days before the reserved tour/transportation date, the full refund is issued in 30 days.
- If you would like to receive credit for future travel to Alaska equalling the full amount of all payments made, we can help you out with that.
- Because we are unable to sell a cancelled tour on such short notice, for short notice or/and no show we have a strict no-refund policy.
- If we cannot travel due to the weather conditions beyond our control, or any other issues arise, we will reschedule your tour, or we will rebook a tour for you with one of our partner companies. There is no refund due to the lack of Aurora's, Mother Nature makes the rules.
